NO NOODLES? NO PROBLEM.

It would be easier if WordPress would coöperate and let me re-blog. I don’t use their servers but their software. Re-blogging would still bring more attention to their sites. Oh well.

This is a great dish, some might consider it underhanded of me, but personally I wouldn’t mention to the carnivores they had enjoyed a wonderful meal and hadn’t missed the meat. I would only say I was happy they’d enjoyed it.

I figured the nutrition information at the very generous serving size of 8. This should mean even the big eaters are going to find themselves satisfied.

veg n vagabond’s: No Noodles? No Problem. At first glance may seem high in fats but consider these are large portions by way of lots of low-calorie but meaty textured veggies. So a large size helping has few overall calories and only 17% of daily recommended fats. Any other preparation would contain at least twice that and still be considered a healthy recipe. That’s the beauty of eating healthy. Being able to relax and eat, not worrying about each bite as you “mindfully” chew and swallow, imagining which hip it will end up on or which artery it will clog. Just eat and enjoy.
